3. Refund Policy (Digital Goods)
Aura Synthesis provides instant access to digital content. Due to the immediate and intangible nature of our algorithmic reports, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer refunds once a synthesis report has been generated and unlocked, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Intellectual Property
The underlying code, algorithms, visual design (including the "Aura Card" layouts), and branding remain the exclusive intellectual property of Aura Synthesis.
Users retain personal rights to the text of their specific generated reports for personal, non-commercial use or social media sharing.
